If you have a special occasion or business function that you are planning, consider us! We can accommodate any type of event, including business meetings, seminars, baby or bridal showers, birthday parties, charity events, employee recognition ceremonies, memorial service receptions, retirement parties, special interest group meetings, wedding receptions, and more! Our maximum seating capacity for the Ballroom is 300. The Oak Room is big enough for 75 guests, and the Front Dining Room and Sunporch can seat 25. We decorate the tables with white or ivory linens, while you select the napkin color that best compliments your color scheme.
Please make all arrangements for catering and/or beverage service with our Banquet Director, Laurie McAfee. Non-members must place a deposit to guarantee functions, and the payment is required in full on the day of the event. Non-members must also be sponsored by a member of the Pine Bluff Country Club in order to hold a function. Prices are subject to a 20% administrative fee and a 12.375% meals tax.
